It's been 3 months and you've finally completed the first level of your German course?
How do you know if you've really achieved your goal and learned everything you need to?
In my opinion, and in that of my colleagues on the bookatutor.co team, quality is more important than anything else. This means that before we congratulate you on a successfully completed task, we will make sure that you have learned everything you need to.
Students who have completed the A1.1 level should be able to:
- Introduce themselves orally,
- Be able to fill out a form with personal data,
- Write a short letter (about 40 words) such as an invitation or a question to customer service,
- Be able to tell what happened to them yesterday or how you went on vacation,
- Say what they want, what they need. What must and must not be done
- Counting
From a grammar perspective, they should have mastered:
- Present tense with regular and irregular verbs
- Modal verbs
- Plural for nouns
- What is important in the arrangement of the sentence
- Past tense
- What is the difference between accusative and nominative
- Definite article, indefinite article and negation for nouns
- Personal pronouns in nominative and accusative
Vocabulary covers several topics, some of which are:
- Professions
- Hobbies
- Food
- Furniture
- Apartments
- Fruits and vegetables
- Numbers
- Days, parts of the day, months and seasons
- Colors and materials
- Shopping
- Free time
- Travel and means of transport
